Very reliable product and brand. Works wonderfully to help me fall asleep at night. I feel this valerian root is all natural, and not at all addictive. I can fall asleep easily, and no wake up alert.

I would forgive the awful smell of this if it helped me sleep through the night, but it didn't. I can smell it through my medicing cabinet. This is going in the trash.

These things are potent. Only take them if you plan on getting a full nights sleep 7-9 hrs, if not you feel groggy in the morning. They stink to high hell but they do their job.

Highly recommend by a friend. I've been looking for a natural sleeping aid product that my body doesn't build up a tolerance to. I've been using this for a month now, and am very impressed. If you're missing out on the deep REM sleep, use Valerian Root. Life changer for me.
