Love this product! I have lost 52 lbs on HCG using this combined with Stevia as my sweetener. It is a great product, the best that I have tried. No aftertaste at all. Just be careful of how much you take in at first as it does have the tendancy to give you the runs until your body adjusts to it.

This product measures cup for cup like sugar. I have substituted it in muffin and quick bread recipes calling for white or brown sugar. I've also used it to make homemade granola. It tastes and gives your baking the same consistency as using sugar.

Xylitol is a great alternative to sugar and is much better for you. It even helps fight tooth decay and tastes great. I have been using Xylosweet for several years now and the price on Amazon is better than anywhere else I have found it before.
