 Japanese two day diet August 5, 2008
I had heard a lot about this product and was eager to try it. I was only able to take it for two days before I had to stop. It gave me the feeling of being on an amphetamine high. It made me very moody and I purposely ate just so I could "come down" from the "high". Awful experience for me.

The product is an excellent way of controlling your appetite and to help you lose weight. I am continuing to lose weight to get down to the size I would prefer.

I liked this product BUT I think it works as a supplement. I agree it helped control cravings as well as made me thirsty. But it helped me keep my appetite down and portions under control. I have been working out regularly and watching what i eat and I lost about 15LBS in 5-6 weeks. BUT I was dedicated in other ways. But i think it gave me the boost I needed to see results faster.

This product did not work for me at all. If anything it made me bloated and constipated. As for my fiance, he felt no effect whatsoever. We both had figured that this was the boost that we'd need to lose those last few pounds but were disappointed in the end. We both stopped taking them after the first week and have been just doing everything the old fashioned way.

wow!!!i lost 20lbs in a lil over 3weeks......i was running 4 times a week and doing pilates almost every day....so if you want to lose wieght work out and take this....thanks
