This is a very good source for psyllium husk. I use it everyday in orange juice and I find it very helpful in digestion.

I mix this product with ground flaxseed equally to make the cranberry drink in the "fat flush" program. have been very happy with it and drink everyday.

I have received consistent, reliable and wonderful service for my purchases of psyllium husk whole, 1lb bags by NOW products from musclesurf over a period of three years.
