I take 2 of these a day
Found best to insert the tab into a 500 mg empty veggie cap
These taste terrible and leave an awful after taste in your mouth
But, the highest EGCG for the money
Best price green tea but worst tasting product

I've used several different brands of green tea extract supplements in pill form. I think this one is particularly potent and effective. The quality is excellent and the price is reasonable. I would highly recommend this product to people seeking to add green tea extract to their diet.
