I dont know if it helps with stress all that much product wise. But the seller got the product to me quick.

I was given the Bach Rescue Remedy Pastilles by a coworker during a particularly stressful day, and I have to say that I'm now a believer. Their effect is subtle but noticeable.

My doula recommended this remedy, "rescue remedy" for postpartum fatigue and mild baby blues. She said you may notice nothing at all, then the change will be subtle, but noticeable. These are awesome. I also use the original "rescue remedy" by putting just 4 drops in water, 4x a day. Bought mine at Whole Foods. Also purchased the book, "Bach Flower Remedy" at Whole Foods that gives you all the info. re: these.
