I have traveled extensively and discovered this paprika on one of my many visits to Spain. I used to buy cans of it and bring it back home for my own personal use and for gifts. Spanish paprika is the best in the world and this has a wonderful, smoky flavor.

This paprika is delicious and robust and incredibly flavorful! It has a smoky flavor that compliments any tex-mex style cuisine. It is fantastic sprinkled on chicken, fish, pork or tofu!!! Add with it garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chile and you'll have a totally authentic (uniquely/deliciously) flavored dish! Super yummy in rice too! Great with beans! Basically, anywhere you'd like to try paprika that is unlike anything you'll buy in a traditional american grocery, try this! Your family or guests will be asking you how you came up with something so delicious! Usually only available across seas, it is a secret you will be glad you discovered!

This Spanish "paprika" has the beautiful red color of Hungarian paprika, but not its unassuming flavor. This Spanish version, pimenton, has a pronounced smoky flavor. It's going to be interesting to find new ways to use it.
